Went for nail extensions and manicure. I must say the job done was amazing. I am totally satisfied with the service. They absolutely made me feel pampered and happy after a long hectic day! Avoid this place at all costs. I have been here before and had decent experiences, but this time, the staff had changed, and the owner was the biggest problem. The person doing my manicure was untrained and ended up cutting my fingers badly, the water was cold , the person did not know who's to do manicure , even after constantly telling her what not to do she cut my fingers causing bleeding. Instead of addressing the issue, the owner--a rude, unprofessional woman dismissed my concerns did not even have the human decency to offer aid , She showed zero regard for customer service, hygiene, or even basic decency. On top of that, she mistreats her own staff and creates a toxic environment. This business does not deserve to exist under such incompetent and hostile management. There are plenty of better salons--do not waste your time or money here.

You see, I'm usually hesitant about getting my hair cut by just anyone but they did an excellent job of balancing the style I requested with my hair's texture and density and I was really happy with the results.
