Pathetic service and pathetic staff. 1.The staff is not trained. 2. They first fix the appointment and afterwards keep you waiting for more than half an hour. 3. Their in-house nail art person is not part of their overall package but instead a 3rd party vendor who has to be paid extra. Never recommended.

Worst experience ever. Firstly I booked 5 party makeup's from them for each 5500 Rs. At the time of booking they said there will be multiple makeup artists but only 1 makeup artist was there and local makeup products were used. Then just after an hour makeup turned out so Cakey and patches came. Pathetic makeup service. Don't book them or else you will spoil your D day !

Worst services they have provided me today. They have charged for celebrity makeup from senior artist. But not even singld artist is available in the Salon. I will never recommend Hair mystery salon to anyone.

Mini cleanup done by Shweta was superb!! Must recommended and do visit for other services also... Prices are also within range.

On March 15th, my mother and I had our makeup done at Hair Mystery. I had senior artist celebrity makeup done. The outcomes were excellent. I got so many compliments on my makeup and hairstyle. A great spot to visit. Special thanks to the makeup and hair artists .

I have a long hair. I went yesterday to get my split ends removed. They cut the split ends without effecting the length. My hair feels much softer, less Messier than it is and it feels less damaged. I really liked their service. Will surely visit again.

It was pathetic they charged for celebrity make up and there was no difference between celebrity and normal make ,very unprofessional makeup artists were there ,they asked to but so many things like eye lashes which was even not applied and told by makeup artist that ki jaroorat nahi hai, I will never recommend to anyone to go there ,it's better to go any local parlour which would be much better

The salon had mice running here and there. Not at all luxury. This salon sucks. Exact opposite of what luxury is. The staff is incompetent and knows no customer service. The head girl at the reception was so unprofessional. She had all the staff occupied to get her hair color disrespecting the clients. She doesn't know how to communicate the services and what charges are for them. Won't go here again and would recommend the same. No invoice given. This is a scam
