They are not professional at all. Do not buy anything from them as they will ignore you after they have gotten the payment. This is not the first complaint review of such a type against them and I wouldn't be surprised if they reply with an aggressive explanation targeting their own paying customers who they cheat and deceive. There would be no need of repetitive calling if calls and concerns are addressed in the first place but they are very busy apparently so please go someplace else to buy genuine products and after sales service rather than running behind these busy guys wasting your time to get products that you paid for in the first place
