Hi, I wanted to share some feedback regarding the makeup done for my mother by one of your senior artists. Unfortunately, we were not fully satisfied with the results. The makeup appeared a bit heavy, and my mother's face looked quite different from her natural look, with a powdery finish and minimal blending. There were not glow at all on her face. We were hoping for a more seamless and refined look. I hope this feedback helps in improving the experience for future clients. Thank you.

Worst Hair service. I got my Nano plastic done from here at 7K, and after 25-20 days it got same as before...this is for what I paid 7k? They said it would last for 6months but they sheered denied, took no responsibility. Never, I mean never ever get your hair services done from here. You could invest hard earned money probably at a local salon and pay 3k and still get far more better results and accountability. I was hung up

Today I visited jazmy salon, the staff was good BUT the male owner was really rude. He had no sense how to handle and talk customers and he was ranting and shouting in front of the staff. He was really ill-mannered and spoke really badly. If I could I would've given 0 stars.

Worst service. I booked it for my hairdo service. The person who had to hairdo was not available. And they said he went on leave and we can't do anything. Dont risk your special day and book here. I was in chaos and had to look for another parlour immediately.

I got my gel nails done from Jazmy and it started chipping off in 4 days one by one. I called them and told that I'm out if town and will come to get it fixed. They refused to fix it at first and later when I got angry they said they will fix only the chipped nails. Though most of the nail paint was coming out within 7-8 of the service. I went to jazmy to get jt fixed but they kept saying that it is okay to for nail paint to come out in 7-8days. (Then it's better I apply nail paint at home. That also stays for 10-15 days). After that they only fixed the nails and did not fill the other nails those were about to come out. Later the owner said that she felt bad because I told them that there products my not be good and because of that she did not give me full service. Poor customer service and no customer satisfaction was taken care of. The owner is very rude and kept fighting instead of providing a good service. Never trust them with your nails atleast.
