Lucifer and Deniz are both highly skilled at what they do. I've been visiting the salon for the past 6-7 months, and their services are simply "the best." Both of them are absolute cuties.

The owner's behavior deserves to be addressed upfront. I visited this salon for the first time after seeing some good reviews online. I've been a regular customer of other well-established salons in the same market--places that are equally reputed--and I thought I should give this one a try too. On the surface, it seemed promising. To be fair, the staff was pleasant and professional. Avani, who did my nails, was polite and warm. The other girls were also courteous, and the gentleman who did my hair was good at his job. But sadly, the overall experience turned out to be one of the worst I've ever had--and all because of the owner. The way the owner, Mr. Varun, behaved was nothing short of shocking. He was rude, dismissive, and at one point directly told me I shouldn't have come to his salon. In all my years of visiting salons, I have never encountered such unprofessionalism. It's especially surprising coming from the owner, who one would expect to be more courteous than the staff, not less. It makes me wonder if he even built this business or simply inherited it--because he seems entirely out of touch with what it takes to run a service-oriented establishment. Sadly, it's the efforts of a sincere team that are being overshadowed by one person's arrogance. To add to the disappointment, the pricing certainly did not match the service provided. For the amount charged, the experience fell far short of expectations. I regret stepping into this place. I would strongly advise others to avoid it--especially if the owner is present. The staff deserves appreciation, but the experience as a whole is not worth repeating.

It was a wonderful experience. The nails were perfectly done and an exact replica of a Pinterest pic. The staff is also very kind especially Dipali who is an amazing nail artist.

Diniz was very lovely, and did a great job on both my hands and feet! She was quick in understanding what I wanted and i definitely recommend her!
