I recently got my hair colored by Vishal sir, and I'm so happy with the results! He did an amazing job -- the color looks beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, and suggested shades that would suit my skin tone and style. The application was neat, professional, and done with great care. I could immediately tell that he's highly skilled and experienced. Not only is his work excellent, but Vishal sir also has a very kind and friendly nature.

Had a lovely pampering session. Loved the pedicure and the head massage and the entire staff is really courteous! Highly recommended for all sorts od beauty services.

I got a HydraFacial done today at Kriti DS, and the results were unexpected -- I didn't think it would turn out this good, but I'm truly impressed. Your service was amazing, even better than what I had seen in the Instagram stories online. I'm really happy

I just took my first junior makeup over here it's fantastic specially makeup done by reena mam was marvellous n hair styling done by anu mam last moment was fantastic thanks for your support n yes thanks to dripping team they did very well on the last moment so nicely

Its mind boggling...i recommend everyone to go for Kriti DS for every type of makeups..i opted for junior makeup n its also very affordable

Disappointing Experience with Kriti's Sister (Makeup Artist) Rating: 1/5 I booked Kriti's sister for my engagement makeup and took my pre-bridal package, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. Despite paying a significant amount, I felt neglected and unheard. Issues: 1. Lack of communication: No engagement during the makeup process, making me feel uncomfortable. 2. Arrogant attitude: Unprofessional demeanor throughout. 3. Ignored requests: Used Rica wax despite my sensitive skin concerns, resulting in marks on my arms just before my wedding. 4. No compensation: After reporting the issue, no apology or resolution was offered. 5. Unfulfilled promises: Numerous photos taken, but none shared or posted. Positive Note: The hairstylist did an exceptional job and was humble and courteous. Expectations: When investing in premium services, customers deserve: 1. Attentive communication 2. Professionalism 3. Customized care 4. Prompt issue resolution 5. Follow-through on promises Kriti's sister fell short in these areas. I hope they revisit their customer service priorities. Recommendation: If you value exceptional customer service and attention to detail, consider alternative options.
