I got my pre-bridal done from them. The service was top notch! Upasana and Simran did a fabulous job ! They are highly skilled and professional and know exactly what the client needs. I highly recommend this salon! It's a one stop shop for your beauty and grooming !

Given the reputation of this place, I went in to get my haircut. I asked for the price and they told me Rs. 710 including all taxes. I went ahead with it. Then their somewhat what he calls himself a stylist, Sanjay told that we need to wash your hair without informing it is chargeable. Here's where it gets more frustrating, he asked me how do I want my hair to look like? I showed him the reference image directly. He went ahead his own way and cut in his own style. He made my hair length way shorter. It is professional to show the back of your head when you get a haircut and for such a price, you would expect it but no he never went for it. Later, he added, "You should keep your hair small only." While, the image shown to him had medium volume hair. Unprofessional of him to not even consider asking are you satisfied with your haircut? He messed up my hair. The total bill was for Rs. 1008 because they included the wash charges and then later added, "wash is chargeable, we are telling you that. " I hope they hire actual professionals and be clear about their charges in the future. It's actual status is lesser than basic and calls themselves Prive (exclusive)

Had an amazing facial with Simran ji. The massage was great. Also manicure with Rajesh ji was excellent. Will come back. Thank you.

I went the saloon for the first time after reading the google reviews. Got bob hair cut which was totally a disaster. Attaching pictures for reference. My hairs were so long and hesitating for haircut but there hairstylist asked that will do our best and now regretting that their best are so much disappointing. All hairs are uneven , even front face wave are not equal. They charge approx 2300 for haircut . Better to visit geetanjali at least they have sensible staff . Will not visit again in life and will not recommend to anyone .

We came here for facial in Looks Prive for my sister and the staff was very friendly and hygienic. The facial done by Miss.Upasna, She was very dedicated towards their work and results was very good.She treated us as a friend and her work and finishing was awesome.Now, it's been 4 years my mom and sister come here and took looks prive services and they specially recommend services from Miss Upasna.

Pathetic service, hair stylist don't even know zero about the haircut. Worst then the roadside barbers. At 32 years of my age first time met such a dumb barber. Price of prive and service worst then the road side barbers. This one star is just because of google.

Had a haircut and beard trimming from Mr. Sanjay. Apart from the fact they don't accept Amex card and the barber didn't offer for a shampoo post the cut. Everything else was perfect.
