Visited for haircut in 10 May 2025. Asked for Sunny and was assigned. However, the moment another customer came, he left midway and asked the assistant to do the hair blow dry/styling, saying that 'I am here'. Also, they have a habit of dissuading clients to go for shorter haircuts. Although it was said very clearly in the beginning itself that we want a shorter hairstyle, he just went for trimming and then went midway to another customer. Unnecessary took offence and exhibited as if his work is doubled, when reminded that I needed a shorter cut in the first place. These are the things I have noticed in my earlier visits also, which is very disappointing. Also, they unnecessarily push you to new treatments/products/hair washes even if not asked by client. At the payment counter, asked for a higher round off amount even though I was paying by Paytm. Totally unprofessional and unethical people there

Don't go there! I was told that a hair wash and blow out would cost 450 plus tax, but after the treatment the bill was more than double that price. They charged 1100 rupees! They clearly said that both would cost 450 rupees. In the end they (vikram was his name) said only the hair wash would cost 450 and blow dry 550. they kept trying to push something on me. Super annoying! I felt very uncomfortable.

I would like to thank Rohit and Yogesh for their excellent hair service. I did a hair root touchup, they were so attentive to my needs and were careful to choose the colour and advised me accordingly. I was served by Lalit Kumar for my pedicure, he was extremely good, he looked after the infection I had on my toe. He massaged my foot with so much of passion. He was so good. I would recommend Looks and these three guys for your treatment. No regrets. The whole staff was courteous and helpful. Great work tram. I will be back.

I always go to looks salon for styling and haircut but this time my experience wasn't good priorly for haircut. I immediately connected with their customer care and they asked me yo visit the salon again with professional hair stylist "Vikram" did my styling as I wanted it to be and was soooo happy with his recommendations and serivice.

Simran gave me an amazing hair cut, wash and blow dry. Very impressed. Also had an amazing pedicure by a gentleman whose name I unfortunately did not get. Will definitely be back.
