Told them multiple times that the wax is really hot. The person doing didn't wait for it to cool down a bit, she kept saying was she has tuned off the heater. It wasn't crowded that she couldn't wait even after repeated mention. Got burns at 3 spots. One was having too much redness and burning sensation, skin seemed shrunken, showed it to her and she applied some gel. Came home to find it turned to a blister. Never going back to them. The least they could have done is to listen when someone is repeatedly telling that the WAX IS TOO HOT!

I visited their salon for multiple services, first the salon looks very shady, plus dirty No maintenace, dirty curtains, dirty beds While pedicure they were usung the same tools for multiple customers without washing, very bad hygiene. And kept those tools at floor whoch had hairs and dust. Only 2 star for the service given by Sarita. Their manager were convincing me to take higher range facial because the one i chose was out of stock , mid way the service. I dont recommend this salon at all.

The place is great and provides good service at decent prices. I usually go there for my hair styling and the employee by the name of Sachin is really professional and good at what he does. I am never disappointed by his services. Great work, keep up.
