Yesterday I had visited PANACHE SALON situated in Dwarka sec-7. Awesome place with experience and well behaved staff! They understand your needs and works accordingly. Yesterday a staff member named SAM was doing manicure and pedicure to me. His dedication regarding his work was so appreciable. I will recomend to all visit this salon. star rating from my side. I've been getting my nails done for years and this was a great experience. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable and cater to your specific needs!

Here's what worked: 1. the owner is an exceptionally polite lady, I was told she's the one who takes your call for appointments/queries. The reason I chose to come down was her. 2. the staffs are friendly and are accommodating and the place is decently maintained. 3. they use quality product or at least that's what my impression is. Would know more as the days pass. 4. Service charges are reasonable. And here's what didn't: The technician who initially attended to me was friendly however lacked expertise. She failed to understand my needs or expectations. I had gone for an American manicure with short length and rounded tips, but it took significant efforts and instructions on my side to make her understand how rounded the tips should be, or what I mean when I say short. I wanted the length to be till the tip of my finger however she kept on insisting that it'd be "too short" and got visibly annoyed when I asked her to trim it more. Coming to the product application her technique was shoddy. She applied too much products for the length of my nail and although I had expressed my concerns, she explained how she is going to buff and make it even, but she couldn't of course. You could only buff so much. Also she had no sense of angles, I had to explain how the sides were uneven and the tips were not rounded but pointy. When I told her I don't like how it turned out and wanted the shape or finish to be more even she got offended and irritated. So I gave up. Thanks to the range of colours and the quality of products chosen by the owner, the look turned out to be how I wanted. But the nails on my right hand are hideously uneven. I definitely have to redo them from a different place. Which is a loss singe I paid 1600 for the same. There are definitely better places if you are looking for a quality experience, this place is simply not it.

Kalpana and Vijay did a fantastic work with cat eye nail, I asked for subtle new year nails and both of them helped me get the best new year cat eye nails. Kudos to both of them, thank you so much!

Was on vacation from Germany and found this lovely salon to get my hair cut, styled and my beard shaved. Additionally I got a head and back massage. The staff was very friendly and experienced. Service was excellent, drinks and coffee was offered, everything you can wish for. When I am in the area again, I will definitely revisit!

I always visit Panache Salon for my face wax, and the service is consistently excellent. I highly recommend Soni for face waxing--she is professional, gentle, and ensures a smooth experience every time. Recently, I also got a manicure and pedicure, and I must say, Nikita and Bhavna did a commendable job! They were meticulous, gentle, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. The salon has a relaxing ambiance, and the hygiene standards are well-maintained.
