Worst experience . I wanted a very natural brown colour that could have been achieved easily without bleach since my own hair colour is brown but still they used bleach and ruined by hair completely . It's been almost 3 years but my hair have still not recovered from the blunder they did . Please don't trust them with your virgin hair . They really don't know what they are doing . My hair are still dull and have completely lost their shine . I selected a very different colour from the shade card than the one they did . Save your money , time and HAIR. ALSO I want there to accompany my friend but they literally forced me to get my hair coloured .

I went with my Mom. It's interior is pretty amazing as compare to other salon. I liked the vertical gardening with a modern chandelier. Receptionist gave a nice talk. But the problem lies in the haircut, my mom didn't like the haircut as she was expecting. And any of their stylist wasn't wearing PPE kits.

Worst place ever to go. Went for hair colour and got told that i can do shine bond for my hair simultaneously with hair colour. I asked him twice that will it recover my hair to which he replied your hair will become very healthy and its better than keratin treatment and he offered me to do both in 10k whereas the price for hair colour was 6500inr and he offered to do shine bond treatment in 3500inr as discount. The staff is so unprofessional talking about their own stuff in front of clients and not at all serious about the work. My hair are completely ruined and burnt from the overheat that they did to my hair. If i could i would sue them for making a fool of the customers. There is no one sitting there to see what is happening and if everything is going on right. Please have a look at my hair. And dont ever believe this person Sanjay, who doesnt bother once the person sits on chair what is happening n they make fool of customer by saying that we only use wella products and use third class products thereafter and when you confront them then they lie to so effortlessly.

I had a great experience at Sequence Salon for my Engagement Ceremony's salon services. All bridal services were timely taken care of. The make-up done by Ms. Bhavna deserves much appreciation as it stayed on for the entire ceremony without a single inch moving here or there. She gave the assurance that even though I sweat like anything, my make-up will stay on and that was exactly what happened. I got thousands of compliments from people watching around the world that my make-up was subtle but exactly how it was supposed to be, complimenting me in the best way possible. Thank you Sequence Salon for such an amazing service. Kudos!

I have visited for my make-up in Sequence Salon,and Bhawna was my makeup artist. She did a fabulous job,from consultations regarding the makeup and even what outfit and jewellery will suit on me. Every one was praising my entire look. Highly recommended to each one who is seeking a make-up artist for their D-Day or a close-ones function. Every detail they give whether it is enhancing my sharp areas or concealing my not-to-showoff area,they did it very precisely yet professionally. Kudos to your team! Looking forward to visit again.

If you love your hair then please never I repeat NEVER go to this salon . The claim that the use high end products but the reality is quite opposite . I got my hair coloured from them and in no time it started fading. Also staff is pretty rude . I selected a color from the shade card but they used a totally different hair color and when confronted they started misbehaving . Shine of hair is completely gone . I was dolled up by ms. Bhavna for the most special day of my life, my wedding. I must say she did commendable makeup. Everyone complimented that I'm looking very beautiful. Thanks a lot to you for your services. She listened to me very nicely and did my makeup exactly as I wanted. Subtle and beautiful look was given by her. Truly polite nature by the whole staff.
