alka - a staff working there, gave us an appointment (we went there special to book and everything) of a day with a confirmed time and when i went there she said that the person that has to cut my hair isn't here and wasn't here the whole day because her child had a prepared operation, if the operation is prepared and she knows that then how could they give us an appointment of that day. so unprofessional and on that day they could have called in the morning to tell us about it that it possible that day. travelling this far and then preparing that you have to leave at this time caz there is appointment and in the end when you go there they end up telling you that there it isn't possible and come back another day. who would want to go back after this type of experience.
