I would like to provide some feedback regarding our recent visit to the salon. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the quality of the manicure and pedicure services we received. Here are some key points that we found troubling: 1. Nail Polish: The applied nail polish looked terrible, and despite my efforts to remove it, there are still visible remnants. 2. Nail Care: One of our nails was cut into, resulting in damage. 3. Hygiene: There was insufficient cleaning under the nails. The towels were also not clean. 4. Treatment Completeness: One of us sat for the entire duration and did not receive the complete service, such as the removal of calluses. 5. Time Management: The combined manicure and pedicure only took 20 minutes for one of us, and we were not treated simultaneously as you had mentioned. 6. Cut on the Foot: One of our friends was also accidentally cut on the foot during the treatment, which was quite concerning. 7. Uneven Nails: The nails were cut unevenly, which is disappointing. 8. Pricing: Given these issues, we feel that the total charge of 4830 rupees is not justified. Initially, they even requested more money for "Cafe H&F", which we did not receive.

Decided to visit this salon before my friend's wedding. They were nice to me and gave me delicious tea. However, at the end of the day you cannot justify this horrible job of a simple root highlight touch-up. Left is before. Right is after. I tried to raise a concern during the work but nobody listened to me. They used a dark toner to cover it up and sent me home. They also took a video of me without my permission. Of course the effect of the bad highlight showed up very fast after one week. Yes, I use Olaplex purple shampoo. This is not about toner. By far the most terrible job I have received from a salon. And I have been to A LOT globally. Visit at your own peril. Again they were nice to me. They just couldn't perform.

Good salon with best services , visited there with my family and surprised to find such hidden gem, best in haircut, hair treatments like smoothening, keratin , we hv taken family package for my sister's wedding, bridal makeup and prebridal also, best hair artist , must visit them if you are looking for affordable price and best services.

Just as I promised, I returned to this salon when I came back to Delhi, and once again, they exceeded my expectations with their exceptional care. Muskan took full responsibility for my facial, providing extra attention to every detail, while Rakesh, my personal hairstylist, worked his magic--always trust your hairstylist, and they'll deliver their best! I was warmly welcomed by the beautiful and attentive Khushi, who, despite her busy schedule, made sure my dad and I had everything we needed and even took the time to see us off. A truly special experience!

Nice salon , great services , affordable packages, best for smoothening and keratin, nice staff, makeup and pedicure is superb too , best wishes to team

Rohit is an artist! This salon is on the third floor, but it's super easy to find if you follow the signs up the stairs. Very affordable, and Rohit did an amazing job with my gel manicure. I could tell he really cared and the attention to detail is superb. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place in Central New Delhi (I'm an Indian-American and I thought this manicure rivaled many of those in the USA .)

Came to Asin Salon and myself and my partner had a hair spa by Puneet and Sandeep. The service was very good. Head massage very good and my hair was silky soft when I left the salon. The service was very good and we were seen right away. Thank you guys.
