I got my hair colour and rebonding done from this salon on 29th Dec 2024.I did my second wash today and I am going to share how my hair is looking now on 10th day of rebonding.These people are just behind money and will tell you so many irrelevant things just to charge you extra. My hair condition is horrible and anybody can see my current hair and can tell they failed big time in doing rebonding and colour to my hair and they charged me freaking 8k for this. I would recommend everyone to never go to them.Horrible experience.

Had an amazing experience at Big Brother Hair & Beauty salon. Got a haircut and hair spa done, and I absolutely loved the results. The entire session was super relaxing, and the head massage during the hair spa was just incredible--so soothing and refreshing! A big shoutout to Shoaib, the hair artist, for his skill and professionalism. He understood exactly what I wanted and made sure I left with the perfect look. Highly recommend this place for a great pampering session!

I'm a Mauritian. Was on visit to india, and found big brother on google. Luckily it was close to my hotel. I was happy that I got to do my treatments without appointment. They have a big staff. I did several things, hair color, facial and pedicure. All of that in just 3 hours. Abhishek did a fantastic job with my hair. I'm very satisfied. Soniya did my pedicure, and it was heaven. Neha did my facial and I got a glow instantly. They are all lovely people. I definitely recommend Big Brother.

Store if doesn't provide bill and receive payment from customer, its is considered 'Unprofessional' Salon is professional service, and on asking, even thou! store dont provide bill/recite/invoice then what customer give is considered 'bheekh' to 'Nai Ki Dukaan' its not even 'Tip' Tip is professionally paid after bill is presented to customer after Services he/She had taken and liked. It seems like all the displayed loreal bottle and etc, is empty, bought from sadar bazar, And everything seems duplicate as hairs colours. Customer ke saamne apni bachpan ki gawarpan/gareebi ki kahani kabi na sunaye, nahi to customer aap pe aur taras kha ke aur bheekh deneki sochega. 'If the bill is not given consider the food is free from us' ye line kai jagah padhne ko milegi. Samajh ko akkal chaheye. Hope you understand basic education. -Abhinav

I got the perfect haircut and hair spa. The curls they give me looked so natural and bouncy. And I also loved the hair massage and nourishing treatment. My scalp feels so refreshing now. And the staff are friendly and professional. Must go to recommend for hair spa and haircut.
