"We booked our makeup from here, including guest makeup. However, we had a disappointing experience with the owner's behavior. She was very rude when my mother-in-law requested a change in her makeup because she didn't like how it looked. At first, the owner refused and even started yelling, which was extremely unprofessional. The makeup appeared good under the lights, but in natural lighting, it looked overly white and didn't match her skin tone. Additionally, the makeup settled into her wrinkles, making them look more visible and worse. I believe they need to improve both their communication with clients and their makeup skills."
