I had not just a perfect haircut from Rajat, but also found a very genuine and humble staff, fully focused on their expertise. Can't forget to mention the special complementary cup of coffee. I had a very disappointing experience at Cut and Style Salon yesterday. I went in for a haircut and clearly explained the hairstyle I wanted, but the barber seemed to neither understand my instructions nor have any knowledge of the style I asked for. Unfortunately, the result was a terrible haircut that I am really unhappy with. To make matters worse, in the middle of my haircut, the barber informed me that he had another appointment and handed me over to someone else without even finishing the job properly. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It was evident that both individuals lacked the basic skills and understanding required for even a simple haircut. I expected much better service and professionalism. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a decent or reliable haircut.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I visited for a simple hair wash and was quoted an incorrect price by the attendant. When I opted for a regular dry, he left my front baby hairs frizzy and unkempt, saying I'd need a blow dry--clearly a tactic to upsell. This wasn't my first visit, yet the staff was rude and dismissive. Even the receptionist, who recognized me as a regular, backed their claim instead of addressing the issue. It felt like the only goal was to extract more money rather than provide good service. When I expressed my frustration and mentioned I wouldn't return, she added that the hair wash itself cost more than what was initially quoted. The whole experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I'm never going back.

The salon had a calming playlist in the background, which, combined with their complimentary herbal tea, added to the relaxing experience.
