This was my 2nd or 3rd time visiting the place. Firstly even after repeated msgs I got my appointment confirmation at the last moment. Spent almost 3 hours at the salon and they did not even have the courtesy to ask for a glass of water. The staff was in a hurry and girls were after my life to finish off the work as soon as possible which resulted in wax burns on my arms and legs. It was such a displeasure and painful experience. Talking about manicure and pedicure, I spent 2000 rs on the service and 0 result. Neither manicure, nor pedicure feels like anything is done. There is no proper set up for manicure and pedicure. They have hiked the prices on their services and do not believe in any final discounts. PS: last time they forced me to write a positive review right there and then which I had to delete and write this review after my horrific experience. I believe we can get much better experience in cheaper rates in other parlours in Okhla.

The owner's convincing talk led me to try their 5000 hair spa, but it turned out to be a regretful decision. The products used were unknown, with no proper explanation. The setup was uncomfortable, with just one steam machine awkwardly placed in a corner, making the experience far from relaxing. Worst of all, the results were disappointing--nothing extraordinary for the price paid. The same or even better service is available at reputed salons for a similar or lower price. Definitely not worth it!
