I had the worst experience. I specifically asked for a simple trim at the back and just a cut for my bangs--nothing else. However, the stylist took it upon himself to cut my hair all over, adding unwanted layers despite me questioning him mid-process. When I pointed it out, he assured me he was just trimming, but in reality, he completely changed my haircut. To make things worse, the layers are uneven--one side has layers while the other side is almost flat. My hair now looks horribly unbalanced. He also made my hair significantly thinner by over-layering, and my bangs are a disaster--chopped off with no shape, no framing, no proper styling, just randomly cut. I am beyond upset with this experience. I trusted them with my hair, and they completely ruined it. If you care about your hair, I would strongly advise against going here!

This was my second vist, when i went there for the first time there was no electricity I had to wait for 20 minutes and eventually left with nothing, for the 2nd time I told the staff to do a haircut of my choice but instead he did a haircut of his own choice which was completely opposite! I would not suggest anyone to go!! Also I didn't wanted to even give a star but there is no option to do so...

All service is very bad my Daughters hair colour was completely ruined even though she was engaged . Very bad experience never visit again

I recently encountered an extreme level of unprofessionalism at this establishment. After calling to schedule an appointment, I was asked to arrive in thirty minutes. I reached the location in twenty-five minutes, only to be informed that due to a staff shortage, they were unable to serve me. Despite having an appointment, I was told that the person who scheduled it was unaware of the staffing issue and was questioned for making the appointment. Nevertheless, I was asked to wait for ten minutes, during which they assured me I would be served. However, after waiting, I was told I would need to wait an additional half-hour. Eventually, they informed me that they could not accommodate me at all, forcing me to leave. It appeared that I was judged by my appearance, as I was casually dressed in washroom slippers and a T-shirt, wasn't dressed appropriately for this so called 'elite' place. Meanwhile, a foreigner who arrived after me was given an appointment. While I understand unexpected circumstances, a simple courtesy call to inform me of the situation would have been appreciated. Instead, my time was disregarded, and I was treated with blatant disrespect.

I had great Experience here! Islam was good and provided insight and gave a suitable hairstyle and style guidance. Reception lady seems so stressed out and unhappy with her job tho she was trying her best to be pleasant.

I had an average experience to be honest. I went for haircut and beard trimming as my regular one closes at 8 and I was late. Although I got the cut I wanted, there was nothing special. I had to ask for after-shave as he had used a razor. Instead of applying a moisturiser for shaving, he put water on my face with bare hands. Also, the warm towel was put on my face for not more than 20 seconds. I guess it was closing time and everyone was in a haste but going by the bill of 866 rupees, it was definitely not worth it. My regular salon is 30-40% cheaper and they're always warm and welcoming. They always ask me for water and coffee, whether I want it or not. Just a suggestion, it doesn't take much to make someone happy. It's the little things that matter.
