Highly recommend this salon. The staff is polite and courteous & delivers satisfying results in any service you're taking. The ambience is really good. My experience at Emperos was great, So impressed!

Today was my third visit at the Emperos. My first service was by Harsh for a pedi and mani. Excellent service provided by him. I also felt quite special due to the interiors. Being an Interior Designer myself, I really enjoyed the ambience, good services were a bonus. My second and third time was with Maya, who took very good care of me. She makes you experience the services with her personal style. Very professional and soothing experience. Lastly, I got a quick O. P. I nail service done by Sonu, who again was very patient and reliable. These people convinced me effortlessly to be a member. Keep the good work going! I admire this place for both services and spatial quality. The owner has a good vision and should see more and more success with this branch in the years to come (provided services always remain as good). Grateful

Very professional! I had an excellent experience with eyebrows and upper lip threading, a pedicure and Chrome gel nails. Everything went well except the chrome did not last 2 days! Sana is a wonderful young woman and very professional so I think it was a fluke that it did not take. The salon refunded the cost of the chrome. I would use them again.

Excellent location Service is good, staff is great in men's Akram is sooo good attached with him since it opened up Needs to offer some discounts for regular customers

I am not from delhi and was pretty confused about choosing a salon. Finally found this place which was close-by to the place where I stayed. Was bit worried as I really didn't know. But to be honest, they are best in town with exceptional customer service. Did waxing and nails for the first time I visited and miss Mayas exceptional service made me visit the place for the second time within 10 days. She also helped me suggest a facial which was really good. A big YES to this place for people who are looking for the best service in Delhi. All the staff were friendly and all of them are great.

Been there 3 4 times, it's sad to say but Worst Management is first thing that comes to mind. Owner should visit the salon and have a routine checkup more often. Service management se lekar staff management sab bakwas. Little piece of advice, try replacing the manager, accountant and HR, salon will get revival, thank me later. Feel bad for those staffs who are working really hard and doing their job honestly at the salon. To sum it up, I could say ,for now, irresponsible, careless-Management.

I am very particular about my hair services so accordingly they understood what I wanted and they did it quickly & executed Nicely!! hair Color done by Rahul & his team and it was amazingly done. he has done the brilliant Job!! Emperors salon used to offer good services and availability to clients, only under the guidance and supervision of their owners, Since owners have moved to Sringar they least bother or care to attend clients posts 8:00pm, Unprofessional attitude and sometimes sense rude, have least staff availabilty and mosts services are denied due to lack of staff. Have stopped visiting.
