**Avoid at All Costs** I had an extremely disappointing experience at JD Salon, and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from going through the same ordeal. Upon visiting JD Salon for a hair coloring session, I was met with incompetence and disrespect from the owner and staff. Not only did they completely destroy my hair with their coloring techniques, but the owner's attitude was shockingly rude and unsupportive when I expressed my concerns. The quality of service was far below expectations. The color applied was uneven and not at all what I had requested. Moreover, instead of acknowledging their mistake, the owner tried to blame me for the outcome, showing a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. In addition to the poor service, the atmosphere in the salon was tense and unwelcoming. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for JD Salon. I strongly advise anyone considering JD Salon for their beauty needs to reconsider. There are plenty of reputable salons that prioritize customer satisfaction and offer skilled services in a respectful environment. Save yourself the stress and disappointment by choosing a salon that values its customers and their hair care needs. Overall Rating: 1 star (only because zero stars isn't an option)

I'll never visit this salon again. I went for a pedicure, manicure and hair spa and I didn't like their products or their services for the kind of amount they charged me for it as I got really good products at the same cost elsewhere and on UrbanClap. My nails weren't filed properly, they're shapeless, cuticles are uneven, and my hair are still frizzy despite getting a L'Oreal Hair Spa which usually gives me good results when I get it done at the same cost anywhere else. I don't think they have any experts or people who actually know how to do things. They say they have a good experience but their work doesn't show it at all. I am grateful for their time and patience but I can't go there again, it felt like a waste of money as the results are not at all good.

Very bad experience, went to get global hair colour, it's uneven and not the shade I had asked for. Not satisfied with the haircut either.

Not recommended at all. Very bad experience. Poor ambience poor staff.

One of the Good salon in Abul Fazal Enclave. It is on the main road however on first floor. You may be able to find some beauty products as well here. .

Had a bitter service experience .The staff are not professional at all. As soon as manager leaves the salon, staff goes totally unprofessional. I visited there once, and guy who was doing my haircut, took a break amidst hair cutting and smoked. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. You can expect better service in a roadside salon.

Highly unprofessional and not recommended at all. Had my straightening done from here and after just 1 month my hair turned frizzy. After complaining it to the saloon, they refused to correct it.So don't waste your time here
