I've been Rosy's customer for more than 4 years, and trust me she never disappoints me with her service and everything. Such a polite and sweet lady and staffs are also polite and sweet like her. No matter how much good words I use, no words will suffice to describe their service. You'll not find any service so good and reasonable like this parlour anywhere in Delhi.
