Worst services, will never recommend this salon to anyone. I recently went to this salon for hairstyling but the hairdresser burnt my hair with the straightener while curling my hair. Now I have too chop off my long hair. Such an irresponsible staff they have. Kindly refund all my amount now

Madonna salon southex is the best salon in south Delhi. I take all my services here and the entire staff is extremely professional and welcoming. They care about each of our needs. The hair dressers are very creative and does the hair treatment so patiently and perfect. The entire staff and the manager of the salon- Monika is extremely courteous and welcoming. The salon has a really good vibe. I highly highly recommend this place.

Very bad services. They burnt my sister's hair with hair straightener and did not take any responsibility for their actions. They also charged us the full amount (even after they learnt that her hair was burnt). Will not recommend anyone to visit.

I got a haircut from Madonna, South Ex because my cousin gets her hair done here. I found the service to be extremely pathetic and careless. I felt like the hairstylist has no interest in making sure that I'm satisfied. I wanted to switch up my hair and get bangs but am not very happy with the outcome. Very average haircut. I can say with absolute certainty that the blow dry they gave me wasn't up to the mark either. In fact, the hairstylist was very unwilling to give me one saying that my scalp was oily. I had to repeatedly insist that he set my hair and even then, it was barely a 5 minutes thing. When I left the salon, I had hair stuck all over my arms and face, they couldn't even be bothered to brush it off or remove it in any way. When I go to other salons, I feel that the staff is warm and polite (the bare minimum) - definitely didn't get that here. Wasn't even asked water, forget tea or coffee which other salons ask, especially when they're charging this much. In the past, I had once gotten curls done from Madonna, South Ex - was not very satisfied then either. Won't be going back ever.
