I got my kera-smoothening and highlights done at this place.They have amazing services and one of the best hospitality. The difference is that they don't hurry up the process with the aim of just getting done with it. They are more client oriented. I got highlights done for the 1st time and was feeling so confused but till the end I was told only 1 statement- ''Don't worry. We will do the best suited on you.'' And, it was perfect. Thank you so much to the full team, especially Adnan for giving me a different look.

The hair dresser made my 14 inches long hair orange. I'd opted for golden brown shade as my choice of colour but they ended up looking like cheap orange bleach colour. I paid the salon in full without seeing my hair in bright daylight and completely regret it. I won't suggest this place to anyone for hair treatment or colouring because the RESULTS ARE NOT GOOD AT ALL. To top my worst salon experience when I'd share my concern to their higher management they started getting rude with me and took no accountability for their mess instead lied to me that hair dresser is not available now. I've never faced such a bad experience in any salon, this ones top my list of WORST SALON EVER. They don't care if the customer is happy with the work or not as long as they get paid. Really shameless
