Worst haircut ever !! She cut a chunk of hairs that looked so uneven and mistreated me when I called it out later. So unprofessional ...can't believe I trusted her with my hairs. First pic is on the day of the haircut the other one after a week.

I have been a regular customer at Ritu salon for last 5 months. I have taken many services and took their packages including the facial, Pedicure ,waxing etc the Owner: Ms Ritu is very genuine & best in her work.Other staff is also very good in their work.All the services were satisfactory. Staff is friendly, wellspoken and well skilled. I have tried so many salons but really disappointed. I would really not go to any other salon unless this salon is relocated to any other area. Well done Ritu salon &keep up the good work

My Sister visited them for a haircut after looking at the positive ratings and reviews of the salon and they did a terrible job. They trimmed the hair from the front in such a manner that now they appear thin, and lack any proper shape! And for such a service they charged her 250! Edit: Miss Ritu, please reflect on the tone and language of your reply. If your skills and services were upto the mark this situation wouldn't have arised. And we don't want refund, just a proper service on your part would have been enough. You Yourself provided that discount when Vartika enquired about the service charges. And talking of scams, most of the 5 star reviews posted here have been posted by your 'Trainees'. Please take some time from your business and enroll yourself in a course that will train You to talk properly with customers before and after providing services. You are mentioning words like 'threatening', 'blackmailing' etc. Vartika is just a student and not a goon. It's a request....please provide good services to your customers instead of arguing with them and giving them a cause of mental stress.

I was a student of this academy and i learned more techniques and all staff behaviour was good and good environment for learning makeup, hairstyle and all about skin care and Ritu mam gave a nice placement and always help me. Thankyou mam for everything
