Got my haircut done by Rohit at Smuk salon. Rohit did a great job -- he was attentive and skilled, and I was happy with the final look. However, the overall vibe of the salon could have been better. Some soothing music would have really enhanced the experience; instead, bhajans were playing throughout, which didn't quite match the ambiance you'd expect in a salon setting.

Services are best here ,I had a keratin hair treatment and hair cut ,done by Pooja . She has very much professionalism ,and very polite with client Once Again ,Thank you.

I have been coming here since years now my family and friends everyone comes here the owner pooja ma'am is fabulous the staff is amazing . Really recommend

Genuinely reviewing being one of the top Reviewers & read the whole review as they surprised me by turning this 1 review to a 5 review: Experience NOW: After reading my negative review here, they managed to call me back and the owner offered me to give the nail extension service for free as she wasn't convinced as well about the finishing of the nails. She very politely offered if I can pay a visit again and they would do it again for free of cost. I visited again and they took utmost care of the nail extension and gave quite an attention to the finishing which was missing earlier (see before-after photo) As usual they were very well behaved and polite which I mentioned in my previous review as well (read below) They also offered their expertise in choosing colours which would match my skintone and did with utmost care. Nails look absolutely gorgeous & the finishing is very smooth. No unruliness or rough edges. The owner took care of the service personally & I am absolutely satisfied, would pay my visit again. Experience BEFORE: I did not like the finishing of the nail extensions, please have a look at the pictures, looks uneven and gives unnecessary scratches. Both of my thumb's corners are not even & looks very unruly. The nail artist wasn't skilled enough as she didn't shape my nails properly & I'm regretting getting my nails done from here. Yes, they were soft spoken, owner was humble & prices are affordable. The salon was pretty & hygienic.

They took the time to understand my concerns and tailored the treatment specifically for my needs. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone was friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. After my appointment, my feet felt rejuvenated and looked amazing! I recently got my first-ever nail extensions done here, and it was a wonderful experience! The artist and the owner were incredibly kind and took the time to explain every step of the procedure. The salon is impeccably clean and maintains excellent hygiene standards. Highly recommended!
