Loved the work and warm gesture given by beauticians. Renu did waxing and manicure very smoothly..i just loved her work.Rocky helped me in pedicure and hairstyling who was good too.I also got my hair colouring done which got bit different from what I showed but they corrected it immediately and very professionally. I would surely recommend.

The team was very hardworking. Every person had unique skills . It was a great time with them all . Very co-operative team .

I have visited this establishment twice(I wasn't intended to return after my first visit but I thought to give it a second try), and while the ambiance and overall experience were generally pleasant, there is a significant issue that undermines the value of the service. Charging 300 rupees for a shave is hard to justify, especially given the lack of basic amenities and the quality of the service provided. On both occasions, the shaving service did not include the use of any shaving gel or aftershave balm. These are fundamental components for a comfortable and proper shave, yet they were entirely omitted. As a result, I endured painful blade strokes that caused significant discomfort. Each time I left the establishment, I experienced a burning sensation all over my face due to the rough handling and lack of proper shaving products. This not only detracts from the overall experience but also raises concerns about the professionalism and attention to detail of the staff. For a premium price of 300 rupees(including some 50 rupees of tax, I don't know what for if you don't even do the basics), I expect a higher standard of care, including the use of appropriate shaving products and techniques that ensure a comfortable and irritation-free shave. Unfortunately, my experiences have fallen short of these expectations, leaving me disappointed and reluctant to return.

Horrible experience with bikini wax.. that lady ribbed off my skin and it's burning like hell.. she used rica wax multiple times on the same area despite of asking her not to do so as it will rip my skin off.. but she wasn't able to clear them at one stroke so she kept on on doing it multiple times. Now I need to visit my gynaecologist.

Pathetic service and too overpriced. The recliners do not even work and the staff is not at all trained. Unprofessional and uncooperative, very expensive.

The worst Salon I have ever come across. They spoiled my hair. Their staff are not skilled in hair coloring. I asked for an ash color and they did it golden blonde, after I complained they bleached my hair three times which damaged my hair. I had to waste my entire day. It was a money and time waste. It's not about the brand anymore it's about the people now. You might be good in other things but for hair coloring, I don't recommend this place.its my personal experience.

Pathetic experience. Unprofessional staff they doesn't know the techniques even ..I had got nail extensions done, they did not last even 10 days, they use such a bad quality extension that they broke.

Tina was very sweet and good in her work. I usually find threading very painful but she was so quick I didn't even feel a thing and it turned out to be so well!
