I recently took my mom to Paulista ladies Saloon to change her hair color from Red to Brown and the experience was exceptional! The staff was incredibly professional, starting with a test on her hair to ensure the color would turn out perfectly and safely. They took the time to explain the process and made sure we were completely confident with the high quality products they used. The care and attention they provided especially Fares & Yasmine were extraordinary and the results were flawless. My mom's hair looks stunning and she couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this saloon for their dedication to customer satisfaction!!! Keep it up

I've been going to the same salon for over 3 years, but recently decided to try something new. Most of the places my friends recommended were either too far or fully booked, so I found this salon on Google and was really impressed by their Instagram, so I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! The salon is beautifully decorated and has such a unique, stylish vibe, very different from other places I've been to. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, and the whole experience was just lovely from start to finish. I originally came in for a mani-pedi and loved it so much: the service, the atmosphere, and the staff were all amazing that I decided to come back to fix my highlights. It was a tricky job, as the highlights had been poorly done by another hairdresser, but Fares immediately understood what I needed, even without me having to explain much. He really got the look I was going for, and the result was absolutely perfect. The service was flawless both times. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

For me, there is no better studio in Dubai! I always get my hair, extensions, and nails done here, and every visit is an absolute pleasure. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the entire team is incredibly kind and professional. They deliver outstanding results, pay close attention to detail, and truly listen to their clients' wishes. Every time I leave, I feel amazing and completely satisfied with their work. I came to cut my hair on holiday with my sister, the service was amazing and I felt really special. A shout out to Osama for cutting my hair beautifully, Zel for styling my hair, I had no idea what style I wanted and she did an amazing job! Tilly was soo helpful from the very start of the initial conversation with my sister. Yasmin was great and soo helpful with advising my sister and also Madina who did my nails which I loved!! I recently visited this hair salon, farez corrected a previous haircut that went bad, he really corrected it well, gave me a treatment a lovely bouncy blowdry... Which I loved... He was absolutely amazing, very skilled, polite and saw me on time. I will definitely using this salons services, they are all kind, very a lovely polite manner as I walk it, they offer good offers and discounts which really attracts me from coming back again. I just moved here from America and I found my new salon! I went here to get my eyebrows done and then I ended up getting my nails done. I am going back tomorrow to get my lashes done as well. I love my nails! Umka did my nails and she is so sweet! Everyone here is so nice. They take their time with you to make sure you get the best results! I was also watching other women get their hair done, and they are AMAZING! So many women left with beautiful hair! You couldn't even tell they had extensions because it looked so natural.
