HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Never again. My wife went to this so-called "salon" expecting a quick and decent hair treatment -- nothing fancy, just basic care. Instead, she almost walked out bald. First of all, the oil they used smelled like a cheap toilet freshener and looked like it cost 5 dirhams at best. Absolutely no sign of professional-grade products or hygiene. Then -- no conditioner. At all. They didn't even bother. Just wet her hair and started blow-drying immediately, pulling and yanking it like it was a rug. No care, no technique, no respect. She literally had to walk out with wet hair because it was just unbearable. Time wasted, nerves shot, day ruined. This place shouldn't be called a beauty salon -- it's more like a beauty disaster zone. Especially in a business district where women expect fast, efficient service and walk out feeling confident -- not humiliated and half-drenched. If you care about your hair, your peace of mind, and basic human decency -- avoid this place at all costs.

I'm so happy I found this professional colorist Najhi, especially for blonde hair! It's really hard to find a good colorist in Dubai, but I finally did. My blonde color turned out amazing, and the haircut was perfect too. Highly recommended! Very welcome place and positive vibes

I have been getting consistent facial treatments from Camila for the past 6 months at the beauty center. She has completely transformed my skin it used to be very oily but now it is glowing and no longer causes me spots or acne. I have had 8 sessions of Exosome therapy which have left my skin youthful and blemish free. I am now getting compliments from my family and people at work. I even brought my mother for a hydra facial and she was fascinated by the results. The price list says root colour is 330, however when i came i was told that for me personally it would be double that which i am sure is not even legal. My hair is super thin and short and my friend who did it with them was charged 200 aed. Considering i live in the building this is a joke. I would not recommend a place that does not have a transparent and honest pricing policy.

Obsessed with this place I did my lashes and hair the are extremely professional and so good!! My hair looks like a million bucks!! I'm glad I try them!! Y really recommend them!!
