I had an amazing experience at Shi Beauty Lounge, and I want to give a special thank you to Jennifer, the nail tech. She did a perfect job on my nails, paying incredible attention to detail. Even when she noticed a small mistake, she immediately fixed it with care and precision, making sure everything was just right. I truly appreciated her professionalism and the care she took to ensure I was happy with the results. Highly recommend Jennifer for anyone looking for a top-notch nail tech!

Chipo & Hoan were exceptionally amazing during my time at Shi Lounge. I definitely recommend this place for manicures and pedicures with a foot spa. Hoan took such great care in her work making sure I was not only comfortable but also very happy with my results. Both ladies did a great job taking care of me! Definitely coming back.

1 star for the receptionist who is extremely unprofessional, busy on the phone talking (with her mobile), laughs out for no reason even in a serious conversation as she did with me. Seeing other reviews, it's mentioned about the same receptionist who's quite unprofessional and is giving everyone a hard time, this would lose customers. Due to her behavior, I've changed my mind not to go to the salon anymore, even though I had a lovely experience with the staff, but unfortunately, I have to again deal with her so it would ruin my services, because the services were amazing. She doesn't care if she loses customers as she cared was replying on her mobile. I don't know her name but she is just sitting on the reception. Such unprofessional behavior and actions will lead the salon to lose customers. I really liked the staff who did my services, but the receptionist will ruin my day in the end. 5 stars for the staff who did my services, I don't know their name but they were friendly and professional. The salon is beautiful, calm and clean but the only 1 issue is of the receptionist that should be seriously look into.

I had a wonderful experience at the beauty parlour. Heshani clearly explains the cost of the service and always provides a warm welcome.Roksana did my pedicure and facial and she did an excellent job with both. The pedicure was relaxing and neatly done and the facial made my skin feel fresh and glowing. She was gentle and very attentive throughout the session. I'm really satisfied with her service and would definitely recommend her to others!

This was by far the worst manicure-pedicure experience I've ever had. The place was absolutely filthy--used towels were being reused over and over again without any regard for hygiene. Despite having an appointment, we were made to wait for an hour because there was no proper staff management. The water for the foot soak wasn't even warm--it was just normal tap water. My friend wanted a foot massage, which they had promised, but in the end, it turned out they didn't even have a proper massage therapist. The person who attempted the massage was so unskilled that my friend had to stop her because it was completely useless. Even after all this, the receptionist didn't bother to check on us or ask why we were unhappy. She just kept smiling, ignoring us, and typing on her computer. The lack of professionalism and cleanliness is beyond shocking. I would never step foot in this parlor again, not even for free!

Highly recommend Shi Beauty lounge and their staffs. All are very friendly. Specially giving thank for Roksana. She is amazing as well as the receptionist Heshani is very friendly and helpful. Every time I am coming here only.

The quality is top notch compared to other salons in the area. The service is good. But I cant understand the logic why I am being charge of removal of the gelish when in the firt place it was made by your staff on the same salon. I was charged 40AED for removal for hands and feet because I took the 99AED promotion of gelish mani pedi. Last visit was same service without promotion it was around 170AED, today same service TAKE NOTE WITH PROMOTION, i paid 218 aed woth removal of gelish that is done by your salon.
