ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! So glad to have found this salon and definitely coming back here again. My sister and I felt fabulous after getting our hair done. The staff know what they're doing - so professional and just brilliant. It's one of the rare times I walk out of the salon getting exactly what I wanted. The receptionist, hairstylists are very friendly and professional. Salon is beautiful and the location is perfect.

Sam and his team were wonderful, I loved the service I received. It was very good value for a full head of highlights, toner, a trim and style (soft, loose curls). It really feels like a VIP experience when you are there - the decor is luxurious and the staff are generous when offering you tea/coffee/water throughout. The cherry on top was the team taking pictures with their ring light afterwards and posting it to their social media. Great work from everyone at Villa Saif!

So I used their service after buying a Groupon voucher for AED 79 for a haircut. After arriving they asked me for an additional AED 100 saying that voucher is only for straight cut or trim even though nothing was stated on the voucher or deal. I had even called them earlier upon booking an appointment but no one mentioned anything. The experience I had was really unpleasant. I paid total AED 179 for a haircut. Unethical. The haircut came out fine, so I gave 2 stars. I will never visit again.

Really pleased with the warm attention from the staff at the salon, from their WhatsApp messages to make an appointment to the greeting as I arrived, they were always very kind and so nice to me. Made me feel like home! Michael washed my hair very gently and made some nice small talk, then William cut my hair very very well, and blow dried it with volume and chic style. I was ready for my conference looking fabulous. I would recommend to come and pamper yourself if you're around.
