I walked in without much expectation, just to spend some leisure time--but from the moment I entered till I walked out, I was pampered like a child by their mom. This is our second visit and this will be the last. We came back because we have a great experience on our first visit. I recommend your salon to my colleagues and bring them to do service. Unfortunately your reception is very unprofessional, rude, no matters to talk with the client, she doesn't want to accept her mistake. Before we came we called your salon twice to check the offers or service price. She mentioned to us that she will give good price and will give us a specific price for the services we want to do. When we came and we finish the services she is double charging us and as customer of course it will be normal to get upset because this was not the amount that we agreed by the phone. We came because there is a deal already. When we start to talk to this receptionist lady she started to tell us that she didn't give us this amount, she keep telling us that she will check the camera to see if she really mentioned it. So we tell okay do it but she didn't do instead she makes a horrible argument with us. She said also that maybe she got confused only, how come? She should be focusing on her words that she will talk with the client. Take note as well. We requested her to do the pedicure because my friend have ingrown and she came very late because she was outside eating. We called her when we arrived at 10:40pm she said I'm only outside eating and will come back after and she came very late, my friend is soaking her foot for almost an hour. She came almost 12am. Imagine how professional she is. She fight with me and telling me "Who are you? What you can do to me? Do what you do and I don't care. My friends got shock with this reception response with me. We paid the amount she want and still saying bad at me. Is this how your staff handle your customers? And it's her fault at all and she is fighting with us. I will not come back not because of the service but because of your rude front desk. Teach your staff how to have manners you will loose your client because of this attitude. We are also working in salon for more than 10yrs and your receptionist said the same so can you explain why she don't have manner at all?

In 2021, I had shifted my residence in Karama, and was looking for a new salon. I accidentally walked into R A Miyo Salon and have stayed their customer since then! I love the salon for the personal touch and care they give me. Mina is always open to suggestions and has a great kind heart. Chandra is patient and has great skills. She knows exactly how to make her customer happy!! R A Miyo Salon has great services and offers. And their staff Chandra, Sarita and Sanita are equally amazing. I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend them.

My experience with Meena and sanita has been great. They do an excellent job with pedicure, manicure. My cracks were removed and very gently. Waxing also was very good. And he massage was excellent. I would definitely call her again

Good services i have done hair Protein with very reasonable prices by professional ms. mina. Staff is so good and very Profesional. Specially mina, sanita, sarita, and savitra they all are very gooood. Thank you guys.

Their customer service is next level, Mina takes care of all your requests and caters to it with the best of services. My favourite one is Mayra, she's an absolute delight! She keeps you entertained without compromising on the quality of service. I visit them every month and look forward to my next session each time. Sanita has the best head massages ever! Highly recommend her as her hands are so firm and strong!

I am really satisfied with their services especially Sanita done my hair cut and threading. I highly recommend here.
