had an amazing waxing experience with Andria! She's extremely skilled, quick, and very precise. The whole process was smooth and comfortable, and I could immediately feel the difference. Andria is also super professional and makes you feel at ease. I'll definitely be coming back to her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality service! Also, they sometimes offer 40% discounts, which is honestly amazing! I just wish the offers were available more consistently, because sometimes I go expecting a discount and it's not available. But overall, I'm very happy with their service!

My experience with Sibelle and Arlene at the nail section of Beauty Connection was absolutely amazing! Both of them are highly professional, detail-oriented, and truly care about delivering perfect results. Sibelle is extremely precise -- her work is clean, elegant, and she always helps you choose the right colors and designs that suit your style. Arlene is an artist; she's quick without compromising quality, very friendly, and makes sure you're comfortable the entire time. The environment was relaxing, the tools were super clean, and the final result was flawless, long-lasting nails.

I have been a loyal customer of Beauty Connection for more than three years, consistently recommending it to friends, colleagues, and anyone looking for quality service. However, my recent experience left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I brought my sister to have her nails and hair done, and we were shocked when she was charged 190 AED for a simple blow-dry on her shoulder-length hair. Her hair is neither excessively curly nor difficult to manage, yet when I questioned the pricing, the manager bluntly stated it was because she has "African curly hair." This was beyond unacceptable. To make matters worse, I noticed another customer with thick, beautiful, long hair down to her waist being charged only 170 AED. My sister's blow-dry took just 30 minutes, yet the only justification for the inflated price was racial bias. I have supported this salon for years, but this discriminatory pricing is unacceptable. I cannot, in good conscience, continue to recommend a place that treats its customers unfairly based on their hair type and ethnicity. Beauty Connection needs to address this issue immediately.

I've been coming here for many years now. It's my favourite salon in the whole of Dubai. I always just do a basic manicure/pedicure. All Staff are always professional, helpful, kind and cheerful. The salon is clean and equipment is always sterilised. The ladies who do the nails are always very polite and work efficiently. I'm always very happy with the final results. I love that you can just walk in anytime of the day and be served quickly. Also that everything is in one place. I would like to highly recommend my favourite Hairdresser "April". She's been doing my hair for many years now and always delivers what I ask for especially for my hair colouring. Always smiling and gives great advice for my haircare and what products to use. She's the best! I'm very grateful to all. Thank you so much.

Though this salon is reputable however i found that the moment i came in with a friend of mine that had African hair, they just merely looked at her hair without actually doing a consultation and charged us a price and claimed that the system had that as "fixed" price. On the phone i was quoted that the price is variable based on length and thickness and a consultation will be done. They didnt touch the hair to asses the actual volume/thickness. I didnt feel like we had any consultation at all. I dont mind being charged a price but conduct proper consultation before just stating a price as it doesnt show proper care for any client but shows that u are just charging a price.

Highly recommend the Moroccan bath with Hasna she is excellent at her job. I see her every month and her service is always excellent. Moroccan bath leaves your skin feeling so soft and clean I love it.
