Worst salon ever - total scam! We discussed the price for hair color over WhatsApp. I sent pictures of my hair, they gave me a price, and everything seemed clear. I went to the salon, told them I was the customer from WhatsApp, they looked at my hair and started working right away--no mention of any price change. Halfway through, they suddenly said they would charge me extra. I showed them the WhatsApp chat, which clearly showed what we agreed on. They even had the nerve to tell me next time I should confirm the price with the hairdresser directly--which I obviously did already. I told them I wouldn't pay anything more than the agreed amount. Then the real shock: after bleaching, they washed my hair and said "this is the result." No toner, no dye, nothing--just bleached, damaged orange hair! They only used purple shampoo and told me if I wanted actual hair dye, I'd have to pay extra! Who goes to a salon to just bleach their hair and leave it like that? No professional hairdresser would bleach and not continue to color unless they're trying to scam you. They even tried to say "I told you your hair would turn orange." Of course it will--if you don't finish the process! This place is an absolute scam, just trying to get as much money as possible from customers. I left immediately with wet, orange hair and had to go somewhere else to try to fix the disaster they left me with. Avoid this place at all costs. Totally unprofessional and dishonest.

I had an absolutely amazing experience today! Ms.Carol was incredibly professional and made sure I was at ease throughout the entire waxing process. The waxing itself was quick, thorough, and surprisingly less painful than I expected, thanks to her gentle technique. Also, Ms.Sambra.. she is the only reason I am going to this salon.

They're good with eyebrows, and I always come here just for that. But I'm disappointed with how they handled the pricing. It's not about the extra 5 dirhams. it's about the fact that they only inform you after the service is done. I've always paid 10 AED (or 12 AED by Visa), but today I was suddenly charged 17 AED. When I questioned it, they claimed it's "always been like that," even though I literally showed them my transaction from last week--12 AED! Transparency matters, and customers should be informed about price changes upfront.

This salon is the worst I've ever seen. They cheat clients by making excuses when their work isn't done properly. I had a protein treatment done on Monday, June 24, 2024, and they charged me extra for a hair wash on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, saying it would give better results. I paid for that, but when I asked the hairdresser to check my hair again because it didn't look right, she insisted it was fine and used a blow dryer and comb. I asked if washing my hair at home would give the same results, and she said yes. I told her I was traveling to India and needed everything to be perfect because I wouldn't be back for two months. When I washed my hair at home on Saturday, June 29, it came out wavy. She had told me my hair would stay straight for 8 to 9 months, but it didn't even last a week. They must be using poor-quality products and then blaming customers, saying we didn't take care of our hair properly. I told her I've had this treatment done twice before and know how to take care of it, but this was my first time at their salon, and it was a disaster. I repeatedly asked them to do a good job because of my travel plans, but they also burned my ear during the treatment and are now blaming me for the poor results.

Today, I visited the salon for a foot spa, and I must say, Ms. Sambra did an amazing job--well done! Samita did my threading so perfectly that I had nothing to correct. Truly impressive work! Well done, guys--much appreciated!

This is honestly the WORST hair salon I've ever been. I made an appointment for hair wash, cut and blow dry. But still I had to wait for half an hour after I arrived on time. The hairdresser who washed my hair and gave me the haircut was like she had no training at all. She got water in my ears and face. Her nails scratched my face so many times! I specifically asked her to make sure my hair bang is long enough to cover my eyebrows but she cut it too short on the first cut. The worst part was when the hairdresser was drying my hair, my hair sucked into the hair drier multiple times! It really hurt. I couldn't stand it anymore. I left with my hair half damp. The hairdresser is unbelievable. I doubt if she had any training before. DON'T COME TO THIS SALON!!! Such a nightmare!

Sambra and Samita were very good with gentle caring bature and I had an amazing facial and hair color, mani padi and foot spa experience. 10/10 reccomend.

My husband gifted this voucher to me on our anniversary Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst salon we've ever visited. The voucher was for makeup and hairstyling, but they had neither a makeup artist nor a hairstylist available. It was a complete waste of money with no value whatsoever. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude was appalling. I asked Ms. Zoya for a glass of water as I was feeling thirsty while I was feeding the baby. Despite asking several times, Ms. Zoya blatantly ignored to me to me or anyone first comes humanity, than professionalism. The staff's rude body language and dismissive behavior towards customers were completely unacceptable. To be honest, I wasn't happy with the makeup or the hairstyle this time. Compared to last year, when we went to another parlour, the look was far more elegant and mesmerizing. If Zoya is a makeup artist specialist, then she needs to further refine her skills. When my husband dropped me off to the parlour, he didn't leave my baby behind. My husband kept baby with him and waited outside in the cold. The 4 months old baby began crying just 20 minutes before the session ended, as he's only fed by me as a mother. Only then my husband bought him to me. Attached is the owner replied to my husband very rudely they should first learn some politeness how a client needs to be treated before running the show.I hope you understand this before making assumptions. Whether you're a mother or not, as a woman, I believe it's important to be sensitive when discussing such matters. It reflects poorly on your attitude towards a newborn baby down somewhere in life you were a baby or could be a present or future mother so have empathy you could be in same situation on day in life.
