HD Beauty salon - Downtown

I had a disappointing experience at HD Salon with their protein treatment. The first time I got it done last year, it was perfect, which is why I trusted them again--despite their prices being twice as high as the market rate. However, this time, the process was not done properly, leaving my hair with bends instead of a smooth, straight finish. When I raised my concerns, Hasan simply washed and blow-dried my hair at the salon, insisting it was fine. He did redo the underpart, but the crown area is still bent and uneven. For the price they charge, I expected much better service and results. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend getting a protein treatment here. Very unhappy and unsatisfied with the outcome.
