I have been to over 10 salons in Abu Dhabi, but Velvet Salon stands out as one of the finest spots for a Moroccan bath. They have an excellent employee named Banu who genuinely demonstrates her expertise and enthusiasm for her job, you will be amazed. Visit and take advantage of their services, you will surely be pleased with the amount you spent.

I had an amazing experience at Velvet Veil Beauty Salon on 9th February 2025. Ms. Bhanu, the staff member who assisted me, was incredibly professional and attentive throughout my visit. She took great care during my waxing and threading sessions, making sure I was comfortable at all times. Not only did she handle those services with precision, but she also guided me through the additional services, which included a pedicure, manicure, and cleanup. Each treatment was performed with great attention to detail, leaving me feeling pampered and refreshed. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and I truly appreciated the excellent service. Highly recommended!

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment and cannot recommend it to others. The staff provided misleading information regarding prices, which changed from what was initially communicated to the final payment. Additionally, I found the staff to be unprofessional and unhelpful, with some members, particularly the manager, Banu, being particularly rude and dismissive. It appeared that the staff prioritized their own needs over those of the customers as one of them was getting a Pedicure whilst a Customer was waiting. I suggest seeking alternative venues for any treatments you may want. Furthermore, I noticed cleanliness issues, including the presence of insects and dirty towels. I recommend considering other options to avoid wasting your money here.

Excellent manicure and pedicure! The salon was clean, and the staff was polite and attentive. I did acrylic extension. The pedicure was relaxing, and my feet felt amazing afterward. Great value for the price.

My Moroccan Bath was exactly what I needed. The lady Banu scrubbed me and removed all of my dead cells in a sauna room while happily explaining that I was like new! During my wonderful massage I mentioned that I had a pain in my shoulder for some time and my masseuse promptly showed me exactly where the pain was coming from and massaged it until it went away! This place is a sanctuary of peace and I highly recommend it.
