WOW Beauty Salon - Reem Mall

I had a very frustrating experience at WOW Salon. When I called, they told me there was a promotion, but when we arrived, they claimed it was fully booked, so we had to pay the normal price. We tried two services: a gel manicure and a regular manicure. The regular polish was an absolute disaster--it had to be redone three times in the salon because it kept getting ruined every time I moved. Even after all that, it was completely messed up by the time I left. I had to return the next day to get it fixed again, and even then, it didn't last! The gel manicure was no better. Within two days, it peeled off in one piece, as if it were fake nails. I've never had such poor quality service at a salon before. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable. Unorganized, misleading, and terrible quality--definitely not a salon I would recommend

They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions based on my face shape and hair texture. The precision and attention to detail were impressive -- every snip felt intentional. The final look was clean, stylish, and easy to manage. Plus, the overall experience was relaxed and professional. Highly recommend Noor for anyone looking for a fresh, flattering cut!

This is the best salon in town! I came here for a haircut with Tamara on a friend's recommendation and had an amazing experience. In love with this place and the ladies here, I've done hair coloring and hair cuts and styling and am always very happy! (Prices are quite affordable toocl compared to UAE) Ask for Nour when you are here.
