I've been going to Alex for haircuts for about 2 years now and am always happy with the results. I am also happy to always be greeted warmly and feel welcome at each visit. I was searching for many years before I found this salon to find someone I can trust with my hair as it's fine in texture but thick in volume. I always request Alex directly as his haircuts look beautiful not only when you walk out the salon but also after weeks/months when the hair is longer. It takes special skill to cut hair in a way which works with how your hair falls naturally and compliments your face shape. Thanks for everything!

I have tried 8 different salons in Abu Dhabi, including the big names and the well known ones with British and western stylists. I initially went for a 99dh Groupon haircut and it was pretty good. The second time, I took my chances and got highlights and a short cut. Looked phenomenal. A few weeks ago, I went for a toner and a blowout and the color still looks good. Me going to one salon 3 times in a row means I'm happy. Only drawback is this is a tiny salon in an older hotel on Hamdan Street. I am used to posher places, but the way my hair looks is more important than the atmosphere. I'll keep going back for now.

I had been going to a high-end salon for many years but wanted to try someone new. I was a bit skeptical but I am glad I took a chance. Always happy with the service at Alex's. Been there a couple of times now. I have had a haircut with Alex and other hairdressers too. They are all equally good. Always get compliments on the haircut from others. Even when the hair grows out it's easy to style and manage.
