I'm their loyal customer for more than 2 years and I have tried both branches and both are delivering excellent services , the team is talented and welcoming. All the ladies that are working in Nart will always listen carefully for what you want and will make it happen. I highly recommend Nart Salon !

the best russian manicure in abu dhabi, everytime i get my nails done here, they are perfect there isn't a single imperfection and they last a long time, totally recommend!!

The quality of the staff is not the best. Been going to this salon for a couple of months now it was good but last week the lady who did my nails was not gentle and she kept pulling my hands. She was talking about me with my pedicure lady in a different language. For the price I am paying I expect at least a good treatment. I think how the salon treats their customers should always be top notch because that's what will make the customer come back again to the salon. I payed so much just to be treated this way and she didn't even do a good job with my nails, they're very thick and she didn't file them all the same shape. I chose a different color for my feet but the pedicure lady put a completely different color than the one I chose and she didn't even tell me, when I asked her that this is not the color I want she said that the color I chose is finished and out of stock. She could've at least informed and not put something different without telling me.

I usually don't like writing reviews . But this is the WORST LASH EXTENSION i've ever done in Abu dhabi. The girl barely speaks english, i asked her for a specific shape WHICH SHE DIDN'T DO. and the lashes started falling off in less than a week from separate places. They said its 249 aed but i found out they charged me 290 aed without explanation. I will never go back. Each eye looks different from the other

I had a pedicure with Anastasia and a manicure with Sarah. I am very pleased with the quality of work, care and attention they gave me. All the tools were sterilized, which is very important to me. I am waiting for the regular nail polish to arrive. I will be a regular customer

Absolutely horrible. No one knows their job. I went for white gel nail polish and each nail had a different shade. They redid my nails 5 times and they were still terrible. I wanted to get my hair cut straight, the woman who cut my hair into 4 pieces and cut each piece to different lengths. I left the cut halfway through and went to another saloon, woman at the cashier said she would charge the full amount for the cut. They never apologized and were disrespectful.

Very bad took an appointment and waited for an hour and no one was available to do my nails .. so disappointed and no ine cared or apologized.. will never come back so un professional
