I am a regular customer at Chanails since 2020. The salon has amazing staff & excellent service. I had gone today to get a basic manicure. Ms. Sandra did my nails today. She was extremely kind & her work was on point - extremely detailed in deep cleaning the nails. I highly recommend asking for her. Among other staffs I recommend : Ezra for hair Padma for eyebrows & halawa waxing Angel/Sandra for nails Thank you Chanails for your excellent services !

I had gone through the worst experience in my life. They will charge huge amount from you yet worst service. I have done protein treatment but 90% of my hair was curly even after the service. I sent them picture of my hair after wash, they agreed to fix it after too much arguments. Hoping they will do a decent job this time, I went there again, but they didn't. I am not sure whther they know how to do protein treatment or they just using low quality products. I have just wasted my money and time. One more thing, I have asked them to do a haircut as per the ref. picture but what they did is nowhere similar to the hairstyle I have showed them. I will never ever recommend this salon for any of my friends or relatives (distant / close) for any kind of services. Such a worst experience. To hide your staffs mistakes don't say something like I did henna.. So that means you even don't know about the hair structure after henna is applied. Furthermore you didn't fix my hair yet. I just wasted my time again by coming there thinking it will get fixed. Pathetic response too like your service.

I had the pleasure of trying the massage service, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The Filipina elderly lady who provided the massage is truly the best! Her professionalism and skill made the session incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Highly recommend for massage

Nail technicians are the best both service and attitude, they're so welcoming. But the filipino receptionist is impolite and doesn't say the truth were she charged me for a service I haven't done even though I explained what I did, she justified that cutting and shaping nails is part of doing just polish color. This is totally false. I don't recommend visiting this salon if they don't have the correct or accurate fees for their services...

Excellent service provided by the staffs charry, rosse and sheila. Job well done! My first time here and I'm definitely coming back! Good job with great hospitality.
