Turned up on time. The technician was extremely professional, helpful and explained everything well. The lashes have so far lasted 3 weeks so durable as well! Very happy, highly recommend

I had not so good experience with SAB Beauty Concierge and feel compelled to give 0 star about their services. I availed of their home services for a hair keratin treatment, body waxing, nails, and eyelash extensions, and it was a disappointing experience. Hair Treatment Initially, they suggested I go for a protein treatment instead of keratin. I agreed, but it had absolutely no results on my hair. When I raised the issue, they offered to redo it as a keratin treatment. Even after the second attempt, there was no improvement. As someone who has been getting keratin treatments for years, I can confidently say their products didnt work. Worse, I started experiencing severe hair fall, which I've never encountered before. Waxing The waxing service was bad. The technician caused burn marks, especially on my underarms, which are still blackened and painful even after a month. The pain and the marks have been a terrible ordeal to endure. Customer Service Despite the promises to refund my money, I've received no refund even after multiple follow-ups. They have now stopped responding to my calls and messages altogether. Other Services Their nail service was subpar and not worth mentioning. The only service that seemed decent was the eyelash extensions, but as it was my first time getting them, I'm not sure if it meets industry standards.

I have decided to go for keratin treatment along with my friend. My friend she finds them and decided to go with them as per their ratings. However, it is fake. She has her family coming to Dubai so she wants to do it first. I decided to go on my anniversary which was 2 weeks later. Mt friends had terrible experience. There was someting wrong with their products and it didn't turned out as expected. Later they recommended some other sessions which she did. She ended up payinh 1700 AED; however the keratin does not looks like Keratin and she started having hairfall. They are now not responding to her calls.

May was amazing . She made a cat eye for me and I was very happy with result . Highly recommend.
