I am a regular client of Goodluck star ladies Salon and I always have great experience at each visit. I had many treatments at different occasions like color service, waxing, a nourishing hair mask, and a paraffin treatment, and each service exceeded my expectations . The staff was warm, professional, and attentive throughout the entire experience. The ambiance was relaxing, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the services. Exceptionally good services at a a very affordable rate. In most places they put offer like 100aed 6services and hair wash itself will be 2 service But here It's quite reasonable Highly recommended Hair setting.. threading .. facial everything is top notch The owner lady is very kind and is an expert beautician I highly highly highly recommend the place

I went to this saloon during national day. They had some amazing offers going on. I was little bit afraid in the beginning since I am new to town, but the whole team made me comfortable and took extra care from the start till the end. I recently visited Good luck Star Saloon ,Shabiya 9 ,Mussafah Abudhabi,For hair coloring and keratin treatment. I was assured by the saloon in-charge Miss .Ayesha that everything would be fine despite my lack of knowledge about the process. Unfortunately, my experience was a nightmare. The initial hair coloring didn't turn out well, and after returning to fix it, I scheduled my keratin treatment. During the process, the staff burnt my hair and downplayed the damage by saying it was only a little bit at the back. They dyed my hair black to cover the damage and proceeded with the keratin treatment. When I returned to get my red color back , it was evident that the professionals lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise. Even after keratin, the color didn't come back and after the second wash my keratin hair was damaged. I feel misled and let down, especially since I already paid for the services. Professionals should inform clients about potential consequences and not be driven purely by money. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this saloon to anyone.

This salon offers great services and their client services is excellent! Definitely will recommend. Massage service is the best!
