Mary was incredible! I feel like I hit the jackpot finding her. I'm very picky with massage and she blew me away! Very knowledgeable with many different techniques which allows her to truly feel into what's right for your body instead of just a standard routine.

This company is a disaster ! Still no reply from the management for the horrible service!!!!!**Terrible Service and Incompetent Management** This was by far the worst mani-pedi experience I've ever had. The staff didn't even bother to ask what type of polish I had on, leading to a frustrating and time-wasting process. They were grossly unprepared, with no proper machines for polish removal, and their broken trolley was a joke. The management is absolutely useless--zero support and no accountability for their subpar service. On top of that, they have the audacity to overcharge for such an awful experience. This place is a rip-off and an embarrassment. Save your money and go somewhere else! Update on my nails treatment after 4 days : Broken nails and hallow under the nail from the acetone removal !!! Check pics for this terrible service! I had to book with another professional nail spa and here are the pics of the process that should be done and final result !!!!!! Worse place ever ! I ask for a refund immediately! Update after 10 days : still waiting for the refund

I just had the most incredible gel pedicure with Edie, and I genuinely can't recommend her enough! From the moment I sat down, she was warm, attentive, and so detail-oriented. She took her time perfecting every step -- from the meticulous cuticle work to the flawless gel application. My feet feel brand new, and the finish is absolutely stunning -- smooth, even, and super glossy. Edie has such a calming presence, and you can tell she truly cares about her craft. She turned a simple pedicure into a full-on pampering experience. I'll definitely be coming back -- she's a total gem!

I had a very disappointing experience with this at-home salon. I received a BIAB manicure on a Tuesday, and within just over 24 hours, four nails had completely come off--one the next day, and three more overnight. For a professional and expensive service, this level of quality is unacceptable. I ended up having to go elsewhere and pay again to get them done properly. Based on my experience, I strongly urge others against using this service. I was offered a redo, which I can acknowledge, but the fact that the polish fell off so quickly and easily has completely put me off.

I had a 60min full body and 30min facial massage with Patmi. It's one of the best massage experiences I've had. The service was so professional and relaxing and I'll definitely rebook. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for an in home massage.

Very bad service. I was helping the technicians in cleaning which was okay but nail polish started to get off the next day and when I tried to completely remove it, I ended up with fingers and nails with red spots everywhere not able to clean it properly cause im not sure what kind of polish they used on my nails !! Not to mention they are not cheap. Not recommended..

Melody and Rollyn were very attentive and professional! I had both a manicure and pedicure, and I'm very happy with their service. Highly recommend them!
