worst experience and bad service ever totally disappointed in madina mall branch few hour ago i did nail extensions see the finishing of nail so disgusting not in balance not in shape, not straight not same size in both hand, even glue also not sticking 3/4 time nali fall after she fixed its takes 3hr and the result are like this so much expensive after offer also 157dirham i paid for this and zero satisfaction for hair straight also forcing me to do protein and they charged me 700 dirham only for hair protein and after 10 days my hair like crumble looks dirty super oily within 12/15hr of wash and more dandruff came i complained to them they take it very easily they said u have already dandruff and after doing protein it will be like this....: ohh seriously??? 700dhs is not small amount for me even though if my hair is good im ok but no im crying for my hair and regretting its just like scamming i thought if expensive it will be good results but i totally regret why i went this saloon not recommend at all

got a pedicure done on Saturday. The beautician literally cut my nails very deep. I told her specifically that it's hurting. She continued to do so. Poor hygiene while doing pedicure. Both my toes got Infected. Had to rush to the emergency and had to get pus removed and antibiotics were given. Unnecessary high expense and hurt my toes. Highly recommend not to visit this place. Wish I could give a minus rating

Lovely full body massage by Pooja. She really took the time to clear all my knots and tightness. I also got a lovely fresh haircut with layers by Kajal. She is very professional and did a fabulous job too. The staff is in general is very sweet and make you feel welcome. An overall lovely and affordable experience. Will definitely come back for other services too!

Very bad experience with my hair. I did protin treatment but my still damage from lower end, I had specified that my hair was damaged and they said it will be fixed but I can't get results, my hair stays good when I wash it but its ruined the next day

disgusting, im not satisfied with this salon and im not recommending any one to go there is very expensive also i thought its expensive then they give good services......... ~after morocan bath,the staff didn't dry hair nicely,no brush ~cuticles are not done properly, even the staff dont know about cutting cuticles,and also,this salon dont have shiners for nail ~staff behavior is very very bad........im very disappointed ~i will never ever go this salon again

Got a hair cut today at Saddaf saloon Mankhool. Loved it. Thanks Anita for the suggestions and giving my hair a me look. Thoroughly enjoyed the Manicure and Pedicure from the friendly staffs.

I purchased a Groupon voucher for 111 dhs for keratin treatment and once I got there they said it would be 149 + 25dhs per inch beyond 12 inches. On top of that, they measured the hair starting from the crown and not from the nape like how you usually measure hair. They also made me cancel my voucher and then agreed to do it for lesser. That lesser ended up being 250 dhs. Also saw them scam another customer who had the same voucher and had shoulder length hair (and in no way is that beyond 12 inches). Horrible service and no one should ever go there.
