This is by far the best salon I've ever been to! They have the most beautiful hair colors, the best customer service, and they truly care about customer satisfaction more than anything else. I've tried so many salons, but none compare to this one - nothing beats their service or the way they treat clients Special thanks to Kawthar, she's so sweet and professional - an absolute gem! I took an appointment for lashes and more than happy with the result the beautiful Jonalyn was so professional and quick, I just loved the whole experience. Moreover I didnt have appointments for brows and nails but the very nice and friendly staff made the effort to find me a spot to finish them all. Zainab was very good with my eyebrows ! Couldn't be more satisfied, thank you very much and I will probably recommend this salon to everyone I know!

I came to elata beauty salon to dye my hair it was damaged and bleached, i did full hair color, balayage, toner and highlights it turned out really nice I love my hair. Thank you Basma for making me happy

This was the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. I had an appointment and chose my nail color in advance. A technician named Zainab started doing my nails, but she didn't clean them properly. When I told her one hand wasn't cleaned well, she said she would fix it later. Then she removed the color from my other hand and said, "I'll be back in five minutes," but I waited much longer. She never came back, so I asked the reception for another technician. They said she was cleaning her tools and had another client before me -- even though I had a scheduled appointment. She should've been prepared and focused from the start, not leave me halfway through. Finally, another technician named Anna came and told me the nails weren't cleaned properly and the cuticles were still there. She tried to fix everything and her work was excellent -- totally different from Zainab. Very disappointing service overall, but I really appreciate Anna's professionalism.

I passed by Elata salon for a makeover , and all i can say is that i never been more satisfied of the crew's professionalism and kindness. They listen to you and try to understand what u desire . The result is amazing i'm really satisfied, THANK YOU
