I had a really disappointing experience at the salon today. I went for a clean up , and while the service started off okay, things took a turn towards the end. As soon as the clean up was done, I was simply told to get up and sit outside with the mask still on my face. No proper explanation, no care. I was left sitting there while the staff moved on to the next customer -- giving them a full hair wash and even a blow dry, completely ignoring the fact that I was still sitting with the mask drying on my face. It was honestly such a pathetic and unprofessional way to treat a customer. I just wanted to share my experience today with Ms. Komal, and I hope the salon seriously considers improving their customer care and service quality. If there was an option for 0 star, i absolutely would.

I was introduced to Nancy Saloon by Ms. Komal for almost 2 years now. Very good services by all staff , specially I would recommend Ms. Komal for her perfection and quick turnaround time. Moderate pricing on packages.

Did Pedicure with KOMAL. It was so relaxing and soothing. She did an amazing work by persuading me to try new nail color. I was surprised to see how it looked, beautiful! which I wouldn't have tried myself.

Best services for good prices. Most frequent visited for 10 years+. Veronica is highly recommended. Knows her clients very well.

I have been going to nancy saloon for last 7 years. I have to say that I am very happy with the service what I ger from veronica. She knows what I need and she is so perfect with her job. More over She is so fun and a jollyful person. I don't think I will be able to find someone like veronica . Also I hv been following her where ever she went , doesn't want to think of going to another saloon.
