I went there recently (12/01/25) to try their "classic eyelashes extensions". This place was recommended to me by my best friend who has been going there for a couple of years already. The lady that worked on my eyelashes Klara, was very professional and advised me to pick the light brown shade which matches with my hair color. I am very happy with her work because I really wanted something natural and light and this looks really perfect for me. Thank you !!!

Yesterday was my first visit to Real Touch Beauty Salon and I did my classic eyelashes with Mera and it was just amazingly done , just the way I wanted them to be ! Today I revisited for mani pedi services ! Both Diana and Christina did a great job. Clean , very detailed , smooth and painless. I will surely come back for more services..

Majed the hair dresser did the best hair treatment I ever found in Dubai. Not only good results, but also gentle care for the hair. Definitely going back. And during the long treatment, I was offered fruits, water, tea and coffee. The salon staff are very attentive.

Unfortunately I had a really poor experience at real touch salon. I usually go to Russian style salons for mani pedi but unfortunately my usual salon did not have availability so I decided to try Real Touch. It was far below what I am used to. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. I expected to start at 2pm as per the booking but I was just left to wait for another 30 minutes. I thought that was extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for clients time. A few minutes waiting is ok but 30 minutes delay was extremely inconvenient. Unfortunately the service that followed was also disappointing. The technician made my nails way shorter than what I asked for and the overlay was much thicker than I expected so the final result looked horrible in my opinion. I wanted to go for an ombre design but the technicians are really slow. Since I already started late I had to go for a simple color which took more than 2 hours to complete. The salon itself is not relaxing - it feels very crowded and noisy and the staff seem tired and unfriendly too. The prices are more expensive than other salons that offer a much more premium experience and better results. The manager was able to offer me a discount to make up for the service but I don't think I would choose to go there again. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the quality of service

I've been a regular visitor to this salon and always expected a certain standard, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I went in for a pedicure and was charged more than what most salons usually charge -- which would have been fine *if* the service matched the price. Unfortunately, it didn't. The procedure was incomplete, and I had to go out of my way to inform the receptionist that essential steps like scrubbing and massage were skipped. Rather than apologizing or rectifying it professionally, she gave a ridiculous excuse and offered to do it *after* the pedicure was already finished -- which defeats the whole point. On top of that, I had confirmed a price for eyelash extensions on WhatsApp, only to be charged extra without any explanation. It's not about the money -- it's about receiving quality service and honest communication. Really disappointed this time around. If this is the new standard, I'll definitely have to reconsider coming back.
