Absolutely love Beauty Lab! I've been going there for the past 6 months to get my hair done, and I always book with Yuri. She's not only super friendly but also incredibly skilled at what she does. Every blow dry I've had has been one of the best I've ever experienced - my hair looks and feels amazing every time. The salon itself is cozy and welcoming, and all the stylists are so professional. I recently tried their blow-dry package, and it's been totally worth it! I'm loving the results and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend Beauty Lab to anyone looking for great service and a fabulous hair experience!

I have been going to Beauty Lab Salon for the past 6 months and I love it! Riselle and all the girls are amazing The staff is incredibly professional and welcoming. I always get both a hair coloring and a mani-pedi, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My hair looks vibrant and refreshed, and my nails are flawless. They paid great attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch service and a relaxing atmosphere!

We had an appointment at 2:30 PM today and arrived at 2:11 PM. The salon was very busy, and we were told to return exactly at our appointment time. However, when we came back at 2:30 PM, we were informed that we would need to wait an additional 3 to 4 minutes as the staff was still in the early stages of servicing other clients' pedicures. Despite waiting, we were continuously told that more time was needed. The receptionist was dismissive and unprofessional, and at no point did she acknowledge the inconvenience caused. We had other appointments at different salons, so we ultimately had to leave. The lack of organization and poor customer service were disappointing. If the salon is understaffed or overbooked, it should not accept more appointments than it can handle. Wasting customers' time like this is completely unprofessional. We will never return to this salon.

Despite their busy schedule I love their services! Highly recommending getting your gel nail art with cathy! her nail art is flawless and can last for a decent amount of time! For hair go for recel! Specially for curly ladies! She is your person! LOVE ALL MY LADIES THERE!

I had the BEST experience today at Beauty Lab! I got one of the best gel manicures and gel pedicures with Lovely and another super sweet girl, I wish I got her name. The mani-pedi only took one hour total and I had to remove my original gel as well. Lovely offered me a face lifting facial and I'm so happy they had time to fit that in as well. I literally feel 10 years younger and my nails look amazing. So happy I found this salon! Highly recommend!!

Poor customer service. Called to enquire about the price of a service and ended up paying way more. They insisted on "I answered your call and I didnt say that" without apologizing for any misunderstanding. Anyway, never paid this much for this service in much better salons. Not going back. Definitely going back to the prestigious salons i used to go to with cleaner working place, friendler staff, and better customer service.

I strongly advise against getting a keratin treatment at this salon. At 51, I've had multiple treatments in various countries, but my experience here was the worst I've ever endured. The hairdresser was rough, pulling my hair excessively and burning my scalp with hot plates, leaving it painful for two days. I paid for a subpar treatment and received no positive response or refund for my complaint. I rarely leave reviews on Google, but I'm sharing this to spare others from the same unpleasant experience.

My first time visiting the salon I did my Brazilian wax and didn't like at all. Not because of the pain no, its because they told me she has 15 year experience and a licensed esthetician. I used to shave so i get the issue of small hair that isn't being pick up by the wax i told her u can remove the small hair try again because obviously anyone would notice. She kept on saying no it wont be picked no it wont. I told her its okay try and agreed and when she did wax again it picked the small hair... if a person who has 15 yearsssss of experience would try other things to remove it or give it a try im paying for a service!!! She also didnt clean well!!!!! There's couple of spots she could have removed it but didn't care to do so. She said "i have a client i left her because u booked an appointment" she immediately put oil on the area 2 secs and she ran to her client even though i came with an appointment!!!! The wax on my cheeks was still there it got stuck on my clothe over all ugh so disappointed if a person has an appointment and pays for a service at leassttttt give her a good service god i hate it so much!!!!
