Snip Salon & Spa, Grand Hyatt

I want to say a personal thank you to snip salon at the Gand Hyatt Goa and mostly to Alfisa for the haircut and extremely over welcoming service that she provided to me . I met this young lady when I needed a cheer up and I feel fate led me to her . Not only did Alfisa give me a hair cut that I have always wanted she helped make my stay in Goa more meaningful to me than anything . She boosted me with my haircut and gave me self confidence by saying I was enough as a person and did not have to be anything else . I thank snip salon for employing such a kind and confident woman who not only is an artist but a positive , lively , beautiful soul . I am greatful that fate brought me to you you'll are lucky to have her !

Being in Snip for the first time I had an amazing experience and it was so gooooddd !!!..... Alfisa who is a senior stylist did an outstanding job. The haircolor which she recommended me was exactly what I had in my mind. I can't express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service provided by Alfisa.The results were as per my expectations. My very first time in Snip Salon at grand hayatt....and what an amazing experience for a start! The reception staff was so warm and welcoming, must say it was a pleasure to meet u Rozi. On the other hand, OMG! Alfisa!! What a marvellous stylist. From my consultation of haircolour to my haircut was so professional , systematic and made the process super easy till finish . I would definitely recommend Alfisa as a stylist, she's funny, friendly and she's best known for her skills towards hair and makeup. A very big thank you for giving me the confidence to go for this bold move and the final results were beyond my imagination and expectations...truly a piece of art. Got a hair wash and blow dry done by Alfisa and she is simply amazing!! Knowledgeable with hair care and an awesome stylist! LOVEDD the output and I would definitely recommended this place

We had a good experience with the hairstylist, who provided excellent service. However, the receptionist was incredibly rude, which was both surprising and disappointing, especially from a Hyatt staff member. Unfortunately, this left a negative impression and affected our overall experience.

Alfisa is a friendly specialist with an excellent hair service, she does everything neatly and efficiently; also she advised me on how to properly style my hair and keep it in good condition between treatments Haircut, coloring, styling, care treatments- every procedure is 10/10! it's clear that she really loves her job Highly recommended!
