I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Dreamz Salon and Spa, a place I've loved and frequented for the past 4 years. Unfortunately, this year's experience was a letdown. The staff has changed, and the new team seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. The prices have also increased significantly. What really bothered me, however, was the judgemental looks from the staff. I had high hopes for my haircut, but it was poorly done, and the overall experience was marred by the team's nonchalant attitude. Given my loyalty to the salon, I'm sad to see the decline in service and hospitality. Hopefully, they'll take feedback seriously and work on improving.
