I have done facial. it was amazing I love the services I have done hair cut ,hair wash many times? the staff there are very loving and kind. I love the service very much .they make me happy after all the services. Hema the owner is very kind and loving human she the best owner and she always kind and loving towards everyone

I am Very disappointed after my two, three visits recently. Every time i go there new staffs who are not even trained properly / non professionals will be doing my eyebrows. The staff was literally shivering, her hands were shivering and i could see it and she was scared while doing my eyebrows and one eyebrow was in another shape and the work was very unprofessional. Later another staff came and helped her and she took over. I was so disappointed more than thrice during my repeated visits. I got scared thinking how my eyebrows will come out.. And that staff who made it a mess without any hesitation she went outside and started talking in phone.. My eyebrows are still messy and i don't recommend this place anymore to anyone. The owner was still there in her own world who is not even bothered and irresponsible who doesn't even check on her clients or staffs . She comes out only when its time to pay. We come and we pay because we need things to be done properly..

I have been a regular here for last 2.5 years, very happy with services. Best part I like is that services are done as per my requirements , I like the openness of sharing my feedback and services are adjusted accordingly. This is my place to come and relax . Hema is a cordial person , really enjoy her company . Will surely recommend , come in morning hours if you want less rush and enjoy and relax while they groom you.

Hema's parlour is my go to place from eyebrow to skincare to haircare.. she and her entire team is best at every service that they service. Most recommended to everyone, they also suggest what is good for the skin/hair and accordingly work for it. Thank you for always giving me the best service

Have been coming to Hema's for the past 5 years regularly for my eyebrows and hair trim. All the girls are well trained and polite. Hygiene is impeccable. Hema takes care of my hair personally. I prefer to make an appointment before hand and have never had to wait over 5 minutes before being attended to. Would highly recommend a visit to all ladies residing in Chicalim and Dabolim area.
